Elizabeth is a Senior Associate Attorney with Michael L. Feinstein, P.A. where she focuses her practice on trial and appellate advocacy in business disputes as well as plaintiff employee's labor law litigation in regards to LGBT workplace discrimination.

Elizabeth began her professional career as a business consultant with an M.B.A. After graduating from Florida State University College of Law in 2009, she began her legal career in the island paradise of Guam where she developed her unconventional thinking and tactics.

She has defended employees' rights in over one hundred overtime and discrimination lawsuits and has confidently taken her clients through the entire litigation process from complaint to appeal. She also advises employers on methods and procedures to mitigate risk, both in private representation and through seminars.

In addition to her regular practice areas, Elizabeth is an ardent advocate for the disenfranchised, including gay, lesbian, and transgender Americans. Major strides have been made in the laws protecting these Americans - but most employers are not yet aware of the repercussions of their actions as it relates to their obligations under employment law as it pertains to LGBT Americans. In addition to her normal practice areas, she enjoys helping LGBT Americans through the unique legal hurdles that they experience. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Aqua Foundation for Women, where she works to assist LBT women. She also performs pro bono work to help transgender Americans find their own economic independence.

When Elizabeth finds time away from the office, she enjoys travel, adventure, film, painting, and writing novels. She loves the "underdog" and holds a deep admiration for Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She adores her wife, Ilisa, and their cat, Southpaw.
