Michael Saved the Day! Attorney Feinstein literally saved me from losing a large $$$ deposit amount that I paid on a new home. My first appointment with him was amazing. He was courteous and professional. He listened to my problem and quickly went to the computer and began to find information related to it and started the first steps in solving it. I was impressed with his knowledge of using computers and of Real Estate Contracts and Law. With his 32 years of successfully practicing Real Estate Law; the Company that threatened to keep my deposit and charge me a high daily amount if I did not close on the house decided to refund my deposit about an hour after Attorney Feinstein presented facts and flaws that were in the contract and the appraisal. Mike was recommended to me by my loan officer last minute, on the day of the closing and the seller refuse to sign claiming a ‘mistake’ in the selling contract and wanted me to pay for it with the excuse that closing cost credit stated in contract was not intended for me.
