Michael, aggressively prosecuted our companies legal rights through a complex multi-party multi-lawsuit litigation in the Circuit Court and then guided us through bankruptcy counsel – in furtherance of a favorable settlement with the Bankruptcy Trustee and her counsel. His legal wisdom & persistence potentially saved our company millions of dollars and/or the possible immediate termination of our lease.

Michael Saved the Day! Attorney Feinstein literally saved me from losing a large $$$ deposit amount that I paid on a new home. My first appointment with him was amazing. He was courteous and professional. He listened to my problem and quickly went to the computer and began to find information related to it and started the first steps in solving it. I was impressed with his knowledge of using computers and of Real Estate Contracts and Law. With his 32 years of successfully practicing Real Estate Law; the Company that threatened to keep my deposit and charge me a high daily amount if I did not close on the house decided to refund my deposit about an hour after Attorney Feinstein presented facts and flaws that were in the contract and the appraisal. Currently he is my broker and is negotiating the contract for my new home. Also the office is very beautiful and calming. It is conveniently located in beautiful downtown Ft. Lauderdale. I give my highest recommendation to Feinstein Law.

Mike was recommended to me by my loan officer last minute, on the day of the closing and the seller refuse to sign claiming a ‘mistake’ in the selling contract and wanted me to pay for it with the excuse that closing cost credit stated in contract was not intended for me.
I contacted him and explained I was in a jam and he stepped up to the plate for me, he speaks clearly and concisely, and makes sure you understand each phase of the case. If you’re a person not familiar with the real estate laws and you dont want to be taken advantage of, you need Michael L. Feinstein, attorney in your corner.

I want to take this opportunity to express my feelings about Michael Feinstein. Let me first start by saying, he has been my lawyer for the past 2 years and continues as such today.

Although he was not able to review the contract because the property is not close to him he was very helpful in giving me advise on how to proceed to make sure my interest are protected. Michael seamlessly handled a sale of an investment property worth almost One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) for my partner and Me in Miami. He also previously represented my wife in real estate transactions as well.
